Happy September from Kearney Plaza! As summer winds down and we step into crisp autumn days, we have some fantastic news to share: we are officially in the home stretch of our property renovations! The new stairwell carpet installation is complete, and we can’t wait for you to see how fresh and updated the community spaces look. Thank you all so much for your patience throughout this process. September 30 - Gourmet S'mores Night
Celebrate the end of September with the ultimate cozy fall treat! Join us on Wednesday, September 30th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for a gourmet s'mores bar featuring local favorite 1927 S'mores Company. Come torch up a marshmallow, catch up with your neighbors, and kick off autumn on the sweetest note possible!

PICA’s TBA:26 (Time-Based Art Festival) | Sept 9–13: The Portland Institute for Contemporary Art takes over venues, warehouses, and performance spaces citywide for five days of innovative art. Expect everything from contemporary performance and experimental music to interactive pop-ups—a great excuse for an evening out exploring new corners of the city.
Rose City Comic Con | Sept 11–13: The Oregon Convention Center hosts three full days of pop culture, creative panels, artist alleys, and gaming zones. It’s a fun, high-energy weekend to walk the floor, check out incredible local makers, and catch up with friends.

Phoebe is a gal of discerning taste who truly embodies elegance. Her main love language? Compliments, of course. (She already knows she’s beautiful, but she thoroughly enjoys hearing you say it!) When she isn’t accepting praise from her adoring public, you can find this absolute icon indulging in her main guilty pleasure—peanut butter—or unwinding to the smooth sounds of vinyl jazz records in the evening. In short, she’s a classy lady, and we are honored to have such royalty residing in our community.
