What are the lease terms?
We are offering 7-14 month lease terms.
How do I apply and how much is the security deposit?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $39 (plus processing fees if applicable) is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application, with a $500 to $1000 security deposit based on approved credit.
How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?
Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer at the soonest 72 hours after.
Do you accept cosigners?
Yes, we accept them, and they will have the same application fee as a standard application, $39 per adult cosigner or guarantor.
Need to update your renters insurance or start a new policy?
Click here to access the insurance portal. All residents are required to have renters’ insurance and we’ve partnered with RealCoverage to make it simple and convenient.

What is the pet policy?
Kearney Plaza welcomes your dogs & cats! Our homes accommodate up to 2 pets per home. Additional pet deposit of $400 and pet rent of $40. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.
