June is officially here, bringing fresh opportunities to connect, recharge, and embrace everything you love about Portland life at Kearney Plaza. Our community transformations are hitting a major milestone: tile work in the main lobbies has officially begun! We are working diligently to wrap up these upgrades just in time for summer. Thank you so much for your patience and support as we put the finishing touches on our beautiful new shared spaces.

There is no better place to welcome summer than on the roof. Join us Thursday, June 11th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for our Summer Kick-Off Party! We’re setting the perfect seasonal mood with a live DJ, great food, and plenty of drinks. Come unwind after the workday, catch the evening breeze, and enjoy a beautiful rooftop celebration with friends and neighbors.

"Overall, I love living at Kearny Plaza. I love the floor plan of my unit, and my balcony and the staff are all super nice! I appreciate that we have a smaller community, it feels like the staff actually know who I am. The location is perfect for me. It means that I hardly ever have to get in my car for entertainment, spa care, dining out, pubs, groceries or coffee, etc, and there are three great parks within a few minute's walk as well. We are right on multiple streetcar lines and have quick access to major highways. I'm definitely happy that I live here!"
