January is here, bringing fresh energy and a sense of possibility. A new year means new moments to enjoy, familiar faces to reconnect with, and plenty of reasons to appreciate the place we call home. UPDATES! Rooftop is almost done, firepits are being installed this week, and then it will be ready for everyone to enjoy. We’re excited to step into 2026 together and look forward to another year of connection, comfort, and community.

New Year's resolution board. Write your resolution on the board and be entered to win a wellness basket to get the new year started on the right foot! Goes through the end of January. Two random tenants who participate will receive a nice self-care basket!

December brought out the creativity at Kearney Plaza with our Holiday Door Decorating Contest, and the festive spirit did not disappoint. Congratulations to Unit #421, our winning door, for taking home the prize for the craziest and funniest holiday display. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the season extra cheerful — we loved seeing your creativity shine!

🐾 January Pet of the Month: Zoey
We’re kicking off the new year by celebrating our January Pet of the Month, Zoey! This adorable sweetheart is known for her love of stuffed animals, surprise sneak attacks, and her signature move — quietly sneaking into blankets while you sleep (classic blanket monster behavior). Zoey brings all the cozy, playful energy we love, and we’re so happy to welcome her as our first Pet of the Month of the year. Give Zoey some extra love when you see her around the community!

Local Feature
First Thursday Art Walk
Kick off the new year by supporting our local arts community. While many associate the Pearl District with the famous First Thursday tradition, the January Art Walk is a special, more intimate experience. Since New Year's Day falls on the first Thursday this year, the official galleries have moved their opening receptions to January 8th.
Bundle up and wander through the neighborhood galleries to see new exhibitions, enjoy light refreshments, and chat with local artists. It’s the perfect way to get some steps in and find inspiration for your own creative resolutions.
